Cool! Judge May ACTUALLY Be A Libertarian

Lots of the droolers on Fox News claim to be Libertarians. Glenn Beck, por ejemplo. Um... no. A deranged lunatic shovel murderer, perhaps.

But Judge Andrew Napalitono, who I have to admit has said some actual Libertarian things before, said.... some MORE Libertarian things. Can this be tolerated, in the land of "We distort, you deride"?

(Nod to Anonyman, now an ex-ex-Libertarian himself)

Dr. Munger,

He is full blown libertarian. He has a couple of books, but the one I own is "Lies the Government told you". The first chapter is a full tilt assault on the 'all men created equal' phrase and the general failure for the US to live up to that.

To be honest, I am not sure how he stays on tv.

Yeah, and he takes the hardline. If you saw the free speech episode of Stossel, you'll know what I'm talking about.

I understand the desire to include Cheney in any criminal charge -- Bush did next nothing on his own. But what's the charge against Cheney? He didn't issue any orders, because VP has no authority. Conspiracy? Good luck getting any court to admit ANY evidence about POTUS communications with advisers. And by "any court" I mean to include a stacked, politicized trial in the Senate.

Be happy, very happy, if only Bush could be held to account.
